White Oak Inn and Suites – With an extremely convenient location just off Hwy 2 in Deer River, this newly-built motel has a large fish cleaning house located right behind the motel next to the boat trailer parking area.  White Oak offers 49 spacious, comfortable rooms, a heated pool, a kiddie pool, whirlpool, tanning room, arcade, fitness center, meeting and party room, breakfast area, and a comfortable lobby. Free on-site freezer space is also available for fish storage.

Arcadia Lodge – Located on one of the area's top small-mouth bass fisheries, Arcadia Lodge on Big Turtle Lake near Bigfork, is open year round and caters to anglers with 21 cabins, motel rooms and reunion lodges that will sleep up to 30 people.  Boat & motor rental, gas, oil and bait are available at the resort. Free freezer space and boat launching are available as well.

The Pines Resort & Campground – This angler’s paradise offers 12 housekeeping cabins and 13 campsites and is located just north of the Mississippi River Dam on Lake Winnibigoshish.  At The Pines Resort you’ll find everything you need to have a great Minnesota fishing vacation including boat and motor rental, a concrete boat launching ramp, live bait, tackle, gas, oil and individual boat slips.

Northland Lodge – This fishing and family resort located on Lake Winnibigoshish – one of Minnesota’s premier walleye fisheries – has 12 seasonal cabins and a campground with full RV hookups.  Fishermen and their families have made Northland Lodge a Minnesota fishing destination since the early 1920s and appreciate modern conveniences such as boat, motor and pontoon rentals as well as gas, oil and live bait sales.

North Star Lake Resort – This 19 cabin resort located on beautiful North Star Lake is located just south of Marcell, MN.  North Star Lake Resort offers great family and Minnesota fishing vacations in their luxury, three season cottages.  Anglers appreciate conveniences such as: use of a cement boat launch, live bait, tackle, gas and oil sales as well as boat and motor rental.

Anchor Inn Resort - This resort located on the Bowstring River allows angler access to great MN fisheries like Bowstring Lake, Sand Lake, Little Sand Lake and the Bowstring River.  With 8 cottages, RV and tent camping sites as well as Bed & Breakfast accommodations - this historic resort offers anglers great amenities like private boat launch, on-site bait, gas & oil sales and boat and motor rentals.

Bowstring Shores Resort – Anglers love Bowstring Shores Resort for their great year round accommodations and access to world-class Bowstring Lake.  Located 18 miles north of Deer River, MN this resort has 13 cabins and offers boat, motor, lift and ice house rentals as well as gas and bait sales right on the water’s edge!

Snug Harbor Resort – This Minnesota resort offers seven lake-level cabins, 5 full hook-up camping sites and 4 tent sites all with great views of Bowstring Lake.  Open May through mid-November anglers can find three seasons of world-class fishing as well as easy access to the lake from their private boat ramp.  Anglers love the generous docking space – some with electric service, their protected harbor, and their bait, tackle, gas and oil sales.  Snug Harbor also offers boats and motors for rent.

Kokomo Resort – This Minnesota family resort boasts seven modern housekeeping cabins with air conditioning and cable TV, located on the shores of North Star Lake - a renowned muskie, northern pike and walleye lake.  Located just south of Marcell, Minnesota (26 miles north of Grand Rapids, MN) on The Edge of the Wilderness National Scenic Byway. Kokomo Resort offers anglers and families three seasons of great Minnesota vacations as well as boat, motor and pontoon rentals and gas and bait sales.

Gus’ Place Resort – Located just 9 miles west of Deer River, Minnesota, Gus’ Place Resort offers great Minnesota fishing vacations on Ball Club Lake.  The resort is open year round with eight lake-level cabins, one mobile home, 14 full hook-up RV camping sites and an area for primitive tent camping.  Gus’ Place has great fishermen-friendly amenities like a protected harbor, dock slips with electricity, fish lockers at the boat house, boat, motor, trolling motor and fish locator rentals as well as gas, oil, and seasonal baits.

Little Winnie Resort & Campground – Located just a stone’s throw from Lake Winnibigoshish, Little Winnie Resort is open year round.  The resort offers families and fishermen 11 housekeeping cabins and 84 R.V. campsites to choose from.  From the resort anglers have immediate access to outstanding fishing on Little Winnie Lake as well as boat, motor, pontoon and spear house rentals and bait, gas and tackle sales.

Moose Lake Resort – This year round resort is located on scenic Moose Lake north of Deer River, MN.  It offers 12 cabins and a lake home as well as great amenities like bait and gas sales, fish wrapping & freezer service as well as boat, motor and pontoon rentals.

Sawmill Inn – located on the south side of Grand Rapids on Hwy. 169, the Sawmill Inn offers 124 beautiful guest rooms including six Northwoods suites with free hot breakfast Monday thru Friday. Relax in the climate controlled indoor domed pool and recreation area featuring a sauna, whirlpool, heated swimming pool and plenty of room for lounging.  The hotel also offers a restaurant, lounge and meeting/banquet facilities for up to 400.

Cedar Point Resort – located just off Highway 38 outside Marcell, Minnesota, just 28 miles north of Grand Rapids. We have 11 comfortable 2, 3, and 4 bedroom cabins with the real "Northwoods" feel, most within 25 feet from the lake-shore and no big hills to deal with! Heated in-ground swimming pool with a large sun deck. Sand beach and 8x16 foot Swim Raft. Our cozy Lodge serves as a gathering place where guests can play games, play pool, watch satellite TV, use wireless internet, or just chat. We serve food and snacks all day. Great fishing lake with Walleye, Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth Bass, Northern, Muskie, Crappie and Sunfish. Much more!.

Lakewood Lodge – This family-friendly resort on renowned walleye fishery Sand Lake, part of the Bowstring Chain, is located north of Deer River and is open year round. The resort caters to anglers with 14 comfortable cabins, many of them new and offering the amenities of home. Boat/motor rental, pontoon rental, gas, oil and bait are available at the resort as well as a stocked lodge. Two new fish cleaning houses, free freezer space and boat launching is available as well.

Williams Narrows Resort – From May through October anglers can access Lake Winnibigoshish while staying in one of their 23 modern cabins.  Located on a unique peninsula on Big Cutfoot Sioux, Williams Narrows Resort has been serving fishermen and their families since 1920.  The resort offers convenient amenities like boat, motor and depth finder rentals as well as gas and bait sales.

Winni-B-Gosh Dam Place – This unique property has it all – location, accommodations and great food!  Located just one mile east of the Mississippi River Dam on Lake Winnibigoshish, the Gosh Dam Place offers anglers accommodations, (10 motel units and 11 sleeping rooms) a restaurant and bar, and a convenience store.

Tamarack Lodge – This resort is situated in a protected bay on Lake Winnibigoshish and offers everything necessary for a great fishing vacation.  Tamarack Lodge has 11 year round housekeeping cabins and great “angler amenities” like free boat launching, protected docks, rental boats and motors, pontoon rentals, gas, bait, and dock service.

High Banks Resort – High Banks Resort has a great location on the northeast side of Lake Winnibigoshish in the heart of the Chippewa National Forest.  It offers anglers 11 cabins which are open year round, a restaurant/bar and amenities like fish house rentals; boat and motor rentals; gas, oil and live bait sales; and a private boat ramp and daytime dockage.

Wildwood Resort – This 10 cabin resort located 8 miles west of Grand Rapids, MN offers year round, comfortable accommodations and access to great fishing on Bass Lake.  On-site boat launch, bait and gas sales as well as electric service on the docks and boat, motor and pontoon rentals help make Wildwood a perfect Minnesota fishing vacation destination.

Hidden Haven Resort – Located on the northwest shore of Big Bass Lake, just 12 miles northwest of Grand Rapids, MN and open year round, Hidden Haven offers 13 comfortable log-sided cabins in a Northwoods setting. Boat/motor rental, pontoon rental, gas, oil and bait are available on-site, as well as a fish cleaning house, free freezer space and boat launching.

Ball Club Lake Lodge – This Minnesota resort is located on the shores of Ball Club Lake west of Deer River, Minnesota.  It offers anglers a choice of accommodations - a stay in one of their 9 housekeeping cabins or a campsite with a great view – as well as great fishing!  Anglers will find boat, motor and pontoon rentals as well as gas and live bait sales.

Eagle Nest Lodge – Anglers and their families can have it all at Eagle Nest Lodge…modern accommodations and great fishing on Lake Winnibigoshish.  Located on the north shore of Cutfoot Sioux Lake this 15 cabin resort offers year round angling opportunities as well as amenities like boat, motor and pontoon rentals; gas, tackle and live bait sales; ample dock space and battery charging.

Bowen Lodge – Begun as a fishing camp in 1930, Bowen Lodge is a modern and comfortable resort that touts its blue-ribbon fishing opportunities on the world-famous Lake Winnibigoshish. Bowen Lodge offers 15 cabins, boat and motor rental, gas, oil, bait, and boat launching facilities.

Ruttger’s Sugar Lake Lodge – This resort located 12 miles south of Grand Rapids, MN on crystal clear Sugar Lake offers anglers a variety of year round lodging choices including townhouses, lakefront rooms and lake-side cottages.  Great accommodations coupled with amenities like boat, motor and pontoon rental make Ruttger’s Sugar Lake Lodge an ideal Minnesota fishing destination.

Fort Dixon Resort – This single private large cabin on Dixon Lake in the Chippewa National Forest is located seven miles from Third River Landing on Lake Winnie. Cutfoot Sioux Inn – Located on Little Cut Foot Sioux Lake with access to Big Cut Foot and Lake Winnibigoshish, this year round resort is a fisherman’s haven.  The Inn offers 13 cabins and one motel unit for rent and great conveniences like a protected harbor, private boat launch, live bait, tackle, gas, licenses, boat and motor rentals.

Geiger’s Trails End – Open year round, this resort offers fishermen and their families access to great fishing on Bowstring lake and comfortable lake-side accommodations with their 9 housekeeping cabins.  Anglers appreciate conveniences like boat, motor and lift rentals as well as gas and live bait sales.

Timber Lake Lodge - Grand Rapids' newest and finest full service hotel offers 84 suites with either full kitchens or mini-kitchens, large LCD TV's and high-speed internet.  Hotel amenities include a water park with two water slides, mega-sized hot tub with waterfall, exercise center, arcade, restaurant and lounge, and an event center with dinner seating for up to 380 people. Fish cleaning and packaging at the end of your guided trip is included in the trip price.

Rates for a full day or half day guided fishing trip are reasonable and include bait, fish cleaning and packaging services as well as use of pro's boat, fuel, fishing equipment and safety gear. Clients need only bring their valid Minnesota fishing license, rain and/or cold weather gear and food & beverage.

Fishing trips may end sooner if the limit of fish is caught. A $100 deposit ($100 per boat for group trips) is required to hold your reservation for a guided fishing trip with a MN Fishing Pro. Please send check or money order to the guide with whom you have booked your trip. The date of your full or half day fishing trip is not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
